About Casey
A leadership journey shaped by unexpected opportunities, courageous decisions, and a commitment to helping others move forward with clarity and confidence.
Years Leadership Experience
My journey has been shaped by unexpected opportunities, courageous decisions, and moments that required stepping forward before I felt fully ready. Through leadership roles, personal challenges, and transformative experiences, I’ve learned that growth happens when we choose courage over comfort.
Raised in Wyoming, I developed an early foundation in resilience, discipline, and personal responsibility — values that continue to shape how I lead and how I support others today. As a former four-sport athlete and collegiate football player, I carry a team-first mindset and competitive drive into every environment I work in.
Today, I help individuals and organizations navigate change with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Leadership grounded in real-world experience
With undergraduate and master’s degrees in Accounting, Casey began his career with a strong foundation in financial discipline before transitioning into leadership roles focused on people, performance, and organizational transformation.
Over the past two decades, he has led Learning & Development, Solutions Consulting, and global enablement teams across Fortune 500 and high-growth technology companies. His experience includes executive leadership roles supporting enterprise transformation, workforce strategy, and global team performance — shaping his belief that talent is rarely the constraint; alignment and decisive action are.
What I believe about leadership
Leadership isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about having the courage to move forward when the path isn’t fully clear. Growth happens when individuals and organizations choose clarity over hesitation, alignment over confusion, and action over avoidance. My work focuses on helping people recognize those moments and respond with intention.
Beyond the professional roles
Outside of work, Casey is a husband and father of three boys, a youth sports coach, and someone who feels most at home in the mountains. He enjoys skiing, staying active, and occasionally exploring real estate investing opportunities.
These roles keep him grounded and reinforce the importance of showing up fully — both in leadership and in life.
The message behind Unlocking Yes
